Today "Last Tank Standing" met the almighty Ducati-map and provided us with another great event.
A lot of players were able to participate although many others showed up late ;)
When tanks first spawned everything looked pretty confusing again but most players were able to get used to the crowded map and found their way to deal with bullets from all sides.
In the end however, three players stood out:

1. snick:: ratio:40
2. osta::: ratio:33
3. loyola: ratio:20

Congratulations to the "Last Tank Standing" "snick" and to all other participants for entertaining us observers with intense battles and tricky moves.

LTS - Here we go again

At the 20th of June BZFlag is providing you with another Death-Match-Event always known as "Last Tank Standing".
Players should start to gather at around 17:30 UTC, the spectacle itself will start at 18:00 UTC which means 20:00 in Germany and 11:00 am in America. Place to be is "brad.openleague.net port:5190"

This time the threat of the "all rouge war" will meet the unpredictability of the Ducati-Style map.

I hope you enjoy the competition.

All the best,
Mo

!Hurray!
The first "Last Tank Standing" worked flawless and many players had the opportunity to join and have fun.

After pretty confusing first 10 minutes the observers were able to sort out who their favourites are and who impressed with pure skill and/or impressing moves.

When it came down to the last five players the scoreline was still close so that everyone had very entertaining last four minutes.

After more then 20 minutes player Asmeouuus, Brad and SLime remained on the battlefield.

Slime came out on top of the triplet while Brad took the second and Asmeouuus the third place.

1. Slime, ration: 16
2. Brad, ration: 12
3. Asmeouuus, ration: 10

Congratulations to all participants and see you around for the next LTS-challange.

PS: Thank you alot Brad and Catay for coding the plugin with patience and hosting the server for free :)

The Openleague Deathmatch Tournament will be starting soon!

Here are the rules to the Openleague Deathmatch Tournament:

Every 60 seconds, the player with the lowest score will be kicked. (Plugin by brad - thanks!)

This will be on a free-for-all large Ducati map (size depending on the number of players) made completely of rogues. It will be played with standard Ducati settings as well (2 shots, no jumping, ricochet, etc.)

Anyone is free to join this tournament. If you are interested in playing in it, simply comment in the forum topic.

The map Invert has been updated. Please test the new version (brad.openleague.net:5188) and compare it to the old version (openleague.net:5188) and tell us which one you prefer. Please report any glitches and give any suggestions on the forum topic. Thanks!

Hi all,

We now have an auto report system for official matches so there won't be any more forgetting to post matches.

You can use the /official and /unofficial commands to have the match auto-reported or not. Please also make sure your in-game callsign matches your callsign on the OpenLeague website.

Have only tested on a few matches so far, so please let me know if you find any bugs or have any questions - check they are reported correctly after each match!

AutoReport

Thanks.
